A 42 year old MacGregor man has been charged following reports of burnout activity on Sunday morning.
In the early hours of that morning, police received a complaint from a member of the public about a grey Ford Falcon sedan allegedly doing burnouts in the area.
Police stopped the vehicle, the man was conveyed to City Police Station where he allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of point zero nine three.
The man was arrested and charged, he was granted watch-house bail to face court at a later date.
