18 billboards at the Canberra Airport are displaying messages campaigning against the government’s proposed overhaul of the Capital Gains Tax.

Joseph Daoud is behind the campaign, putting in $17,500 to draw the attention of politicians returning to Canberra for another sitting week.

Mr Daoud taking to social media to say the tax shake-up will hurt ambition

“These taxes are not fair to the everyday Australian anymore,” Mr Daoud says.

“We built something based on rules that we had and now all of a sudden, they are gone.”
