New South Wales police in the Riverina Region want to speak to anyone who may have information on damage to caves in Kosciuszko National Park.

Investigators have been told the Yarrangobilly Caves were broken into earlier this month.

The culprits have cause irreversible damage to some naturally formed rock structures in the caves.

Anyone with information is being urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
