Canberra will have two defensive representatives at the upcoming FIFA World Cup.

Jason Geria was born in the Capital and played junior soccer for Weston Creek and Woden Valley, before joining the AIS’s Football Program.

Kai Trewin is a former Gungahlin United junior who also represented the ACT in Futsal and at the FFA Youth National Championships.

The Socceroos face Switzerland in a friendly on Sunday morning, before their opening match of the World Cup against Türkiye on June 14th.
