After 20 years of ownership, the George Harcourt Inn has been listed for sale.

The old English Pub in Gold Creek, built in 1980, and named after a local landowner now has a price guide of $7 million.

The land and building have been listed for sale, however the business is not for sale.

The lease runs until October 2033, with no further options, at which time an investor can either restructure the business and develop the land or renegotiate the lease.

There are reports the site could be used for future mixed-use redevelopment on vacant portions of the site, with low land utilisation and flexible zoning.
