Canberra’s housing market is reportedly showing a mild rise in home values.

According to the Bank of Queensland’s latest price forecast, there was no change in house prices in 2023 but growth is expected to pick up this year.

The report show a mild rise in the A.C.T. over the past three months.

Canberra’s median house value came in at just under 973-thousand dollars.

Units finished at just under 593-thousand.

The bank expects Canberra house prices to rise three percent by the end of the year and a six percent hike in 2025.
