The location is owned by the Uniting Church…..at the cnr of Carruthers and Theodore street,

just opposition the Curtin shops.

It’s a prime corner block  set to be developed into a build-to-rent community and supportive housing complex…

It comes to the tune of more than 46-million dollars for the construction of two six-storey towers.
