Canberra Transport’s new MY WAY plus ticketing system is now live… but there’ve been a few teething problems.

For the most part, the system is working, however, getting a replacement ticket is problematic with some outlets running out of stock.

Those who’ve got tickets have reported on social media, difficulties in providing credit card information.

However the biggest hassle appears to be the inability to transfer funds from the old system to the new MY WAY Plus, with many passengers calling Transport Canberra to make a manual transfer.

..and the election promise of Fare Free Fridays will begin December 6th.
