Medical experts have warned against lengthy school lockdowns.

They claim face-to-face learning posed a low risk to children with high adult vaccination rates.

The Canberra Times reports research on the delta variant in Sydney schools showed lower rates of transmission compared to households.

Currently ACT year 11 and 12 students will return to school by October 18th, but no return date has been set for younger students.
