An independent review of the ChooseCBR discount voucher scheme has been announced.

33 businesses were flagged for potentially suspicious transactions following the December trial and 25 businesses have been asked to provide further information following the June rollout.

It follows The Canberra Times revealing the ACT government was warned about the potential for financial fraud in the scheme.
