New data has revealed that Canberra dwelling values are now 2.1% below the record high seen in May 2022.

That’s according to Cotality’s latest Housing Chart report, which also found that Canberra’s dwelling values fell by 0.2% in May.

Across the four weeks ending June 14th, there were 33,914 new listings nationally which is 4.9% below the five year average.
