Federal Labor representatives for the ACT will be taking their push for assisted dying laws to the next Federal Election.

The Andrews Bill prevents Territory Governments from legislating on the issue.

Labor Senator Katy Gallagher says the Territory Government would still be held accountable, even if it could pass the laws.
