Four arrested over spate of malicious damage

Four people have been arrested following an investigation after more than 50 parked cars were damaged in the Illawarra region over the past three weeks.

More than 30 cars parked in residential areas, including Lake Illawarra and Oak Flats, had windows and mirrors smashed on the 16th and 17th of July.

Similar incidents were reported in the Shell Cove, Kiama and Nowra areas on July 24, with more than 20 cars damaged.

A man, two women and a teenage boy have since been arrested.
