Men in Goulburn accused of breaching Public Health Act

Two men have been issued with Penalty Infringement Notices in Goulburn after allegedly breaching the Public Health Act.

It comes after police were called to an alleged assault in Teece Place at around 9:20pm on Saturday night.

Officers says a 34-year-old man was taken to Goulburn Hospital after suffering a cut above his eye. Police later issued him and his 24 year old friend with Public Infringement Notices.

Inquiries into the alleged assault are continuing.
